Refund policy
Return, Refund and Exchange
We understand if you changed your mind!
To make the process easy for our customers, we have a 30-day return, refund and exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request for a return, refund or exchange and ensure the item reaches back to us.
All items to be refunded must be shipped at customer's cost to:

For items which have been returned, the refund will be processed within 14 days of the items being received at our warehouse. Once the items have been checked and verified, the refund process will be initiated and will take approximately 14 working days to reflect with the issuing bank.
Any refunds processed shall be via the original payment method for easier tracking of money movement.

Please note, any duties and taxes paid on the purchased item will not be refunded. Any shipping fee, including for shipping back to Seller (The Clean Lifestore) and for exchanged item to be sent back to the buyer, will not be compensated.
Exchanges will only be allowed for similar item purchased. No exchanges is allowed for another item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Cancellation
We understand if you change your mind about your purchase. If cancellation is done immediately before the purchased item is shipped out, a refund can be processed swiftly. However, if a cancellation is activated once the item has been shipped or the order has been fulfilled, please refer to the Return, Refund and Exchange section above to proceed with cancellation. Cancellation for a Fulfilled Order will only be approved upon receiving and inspection of the returned garment.
Damages and issues
- Please inspect your order upon reception for any damage or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- Please contact us immediately if the item is defective at thecleanlifestore@gmail.com and send us a photo of the damage.
- You may refer to the section above if you would like to proceed with a return and refund or exchange.
