Shipping policy

 

Thank you for placing your order with us!

Our online business hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (Malaysia time). This means any order received during this period will be processed during this period. Any orders received over the weekend will only be processed on Monday morning. 

Shipping within West Malaysia

Please allow for 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and for additional 2-4 business days for local shipment. We currently offer Free Shipping on all orders to be delivered within West Malaysia. 

East Malaysia and International Shipping

Standard shipping rates apply to East Malaysia and international shipments. For East Malaysia and  international shipment, please allow for 7-14 business days for shipment, depending on your location. 

Please note, for international deliveries, the buyer will have to be responsible for any import duties or taxes imposed onto the item. Please check with your local customs office for estimated custom tax and duty charges prior to ordering and consider placing multiple orders for larger value orders. Orders returned due to refusal of delivery/payment of duties and taxes will be subject to the original shipping costs as well as the import and return shipping fee charges incurred on the delivery back to our warehouse. These costs will be deducted from the refund of the order.
